**Your new role**

As the first point on contact you will deliver direct support to clients and provide education of services offered by the organisation. You will deal with general inquires, while being able to instruct and direct clients on processes and how to access funding.

Some of your duties will involve,
- Intake and Registration of Clients and Customers
- Incoming calls, general inquires
- Managing appointment schedule
- Writing support plans and scheduling support required

**What you'll need to succeed (Selection Criteria)**

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated knowledge of a front-line disability, or age care role. You will be able to multitask and have experience in managing serval participants/clients while providing a high level of service.

You will be flexible and adaptable in your new role and work effectively to find solutions to issues. Cert II in Community Services or equivalent would be highly regarded, and you will be able to work both autonomously and with a greater team while having personal drive and integrity. This role will require Working with Vulnerable People Check, up-to-date Police Check (or willing to obtain).
