**The Opportunity**

As a Project Support Officer, you will partner with a Section Lead to support the delivery of their client programs. You will enjoy a variety of interesting and fast paced work with primary responsibilities including:

- Financial analysis the status and profitability of projects in progress
- Supporting Project Managers with a variety of tasks
- Preparation of invoices & claims and liaising with clients
- Setup of projects and maintaining data in our companies ERP system
- Involvement in the bid process through Preparation of tenders and quotes
- Assisting PMs in Tender submission and tracking forward workloads Leads and proposal
- Assisting PM's with client management
- Assisting PM's in setting up internal projects and carrying out project requirements such as HSEQ requirements and document control

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude
- Demonstrated experience in an Administration role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Competency in accounting software data entry: invoicing, job costing and procuring
- Ability to manage large volumes of concurring documents and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and timely processing of records
- Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude
