The Library is seeking to fill the important position of Program Manager, Partnerships Governance (APS6) in the Trove Partnerships Section of the Collaboration Branch. A merit pool may be established from this recruitment activity which may be used to fill similar vacancies at the Library.
Are you an experienced Grant Administrator? And do you have excellent interpersonal skills?
You will also oversee the administration of projects to support the Trove Collaborative Services Partner accounts. You will lead a team to support the ongoing account administration and digitisation requests and orders.
For both areas of responsibility, you will provide secretariat services to Committees.
As a result, you will be busy and fulfilled as you will liaise with a wide circle of internal and external stakeholders across the library and collecting sector. You will be a key member of a high performing team, managing workflows and looking for way to continuously improve the processes.
To be successful in this role, it is desirable if you hold qualifications or equivalent experience in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences or Information Management. It would also be helpful but not mandatory, if you have experience working in or with collecting institutions.
