The Role A great opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Consultant to join the team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the inbound sales process, with a focus on various duties such as handling sales inquiries, providing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of pricing outlines, product specifications, and other requested information
This role will be based in Malaga.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct a proactive process with all leads to determine their needs
- Maintain excellent communication and strong relationships with team members and potential new clients
- Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and can clearly communicate them to the clients
- Prepare and issue price outlines for enquiries made
- Records all relevant notes and information into the CRM

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in a Sales or Customer service role
- Proven skills dealing with both new and existing customers
- Friendly, professional and positive
- Highly organised and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and detailed information as requested
