- 254918Peoplebank are recruiting for a **Change Manager** to work on a contact role based in the Adelaide CBD, where you will be integral to the successful delivery of a project to **upgrade our clients**

**Human Resource Management System (HRMS),** which includes the delivery of in scope HR Forms Automation.

The primary role of the **Change Management Lead** is to support the Project Manager in preparing **business impact assessments**, conducting **stakeholder engagement **and **developing** **communications, developing training materials and delivering training to end users.**

**Skill and Experience required include**
- Experience in planning, prioritising and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks in a complex environment.
- Proven experience in the development of training strategies, delivery of training and development of training material.
- Proven experience in contemporary artefact development with consideration for organisational branding and themes; including but not limited to user support materials such as Reference Guides, Process Instructions and internal and external communication mediums to support business change.
- High level written and verbal communication skills including in the provision of advice on payroll /HR matters of a complex, critical and politically sensitive nature.
- Ability in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes
- Experience in the collection, presentation and analysis of information
- Experience in the utilisation of contemporary project management methodologies and tools; ')
