Are you an experienced Change Manager with a passion for driving transformation within the financial services industry? As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in working within a team to shape and implement change interventions within the organisations' large scale transformation program. If you are skilled in impact assessment, recommendation formulation, communication, and agile delivery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in financial services would be highly desirable
- The ability to conduct thorough analysis and evaluate the implications of change to provide appropriate recommendations
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management strategies, plans and communication for a smooth transition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders, provide effective communication and engage at all levels
- Proactive mindset, able to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Professional certifications in change management, such as Prosci, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
