**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Change Manager, where you will work closely with the General Manager - Enterprise Change and PMO to lead transformative initiatives that align people, processes, and technology with our strategic vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships across the organization, aligning teams and communicating initiatives effectively.
- Enterprise-Wide Transformation: Lead change initiatives such as digital adoption, AI implementation, and cultural evolution.
- Training and Support: Equip employees with the tools and training needed for seamless transitions.
- Risk Management: Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Leadership: Mentor junior team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
**About You**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale organisational changes, with expertise in collaborating with senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project and change management expertise (Prosci, PMP certifications preferred).
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
