The Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) is seeking two Change Manager to complete tasks within IS&T projects

**Reporting**

One Change Manager will report to Mobile Workforce Management and the other to Cyber Security Management.

**Assignment Overview**

The anticipated services that would be covered by this engagement include:

- Develop and implement a change management strategy and operationalisation plans to maximise adoption of **Mobile Workforce Program (MWP)** Capabilities, and minimise resistance through a tailored approach for each work area.
- Develop and implement a change management strategy and operationalisation plans to maximise adoption of change associated with the **Cyber Security Program**, and minimise resistance through a tailored approach for each work area.
- Develop and implement a Cyber Security awareness program for whole of the department, working with stakeholders from across the department to design a program that is tailored to the needs of each work area.
- Build relationships with business areas across the organisation to understand the impacts and their business needs
- Develop and deliver communications strategies and plans that maximise business engagement and success of MWP implementations.
- Develop and deliver communications strategies and plans that maximise business engagement and success of the Cyber Security Program.
- Develop and deliver effective, streamlined and targeted communications to inform and share program updates with the departments cohorts.
- Work with training team to ensure training plans align to overall change management plans.
- Work with business areas to ensure that go-live and outages are communicated and managed effectively to minimise business impact.
- Work with Business Analysts, User Experience Specialists and Project Managers across the program to support program delivery.
- Some travel may be required.
- Some out-of-hours work may be required in order to meet critical deadlines.

**Mandatory requirements**

Proven experience as Change Manager, preferably on large transformation/ innovation /end user compute/ reform programs.

**Skills required**

The department is seeking suitably skilled staff who can:

- Develop and implement a change management strategy and operationalisation plans to maximise adoption of **Mobile Workforce Program (MWP)** capabilities, and minimise resistance through a tailored approach for each work area.
- Build relationships with business areas across the organisation to understand the impacts and their business needs.
- Develop and deliver communications strategies and plans that maximise business engagement and success of MWP implementations.
- Work with training team to ensure training plans align to overall change management plans.
- Work with business areas to ensure that go-live and outages are communicated and managed effectively to minimise business impact.
- Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers across the program to support program delivery.
- Work with User Experience Specialists across the program to support program delivery with a strong focus on user experience.
- Develop and contribute to program Organisational Change Management roadmaps.
- Maintain and collate information source through the program request portal.
