- Prepare and send contract schedulers their end of month tonnages.
- Check and send contract scheduler invoices to A/P and liaise with A/P on delayed payment issues.
- Allocate/ grant access to jobs in ARMA and access to ARMA and JDE reports.
- Investigate and correct keying and coding errors in schedules or direct to scheduler for action.
- Raise new or replacement schedules for schedulers with issues - including those not interfacing in JDE.
- Print and send A1 / B1 drawings for contract schedulers and provide access to Acconex.
- Look after the admin requirements of schedulers including supplies and equipment issues.
- Support other admin streams as required.

- Note - will need to learn ARMA and JDE to look up orders and schedules
