Initial Hygiene has an excellent opportunity for a Local Service Manager to join our team.Based in our Tullamarine office, this role is to lead and manage the Team that service right across South East. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction
The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:

- Supervise, develop and coach a team of Service Technicians with the potential to further growth in service headcount
- Maintain strong key stakeholder relationships within our customer portfolio
- Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety meetings
- Conduct regular site quality audits
- Conduct TPA twice a year on each Technician
- Inducting and training new staff members to the team
- Managing and reviewing service runs
- Administration related to servicing activities
- Managing customer feedback
- Covering service runs for Technicians when required
- Ongoing performance management
- Controlling service costs for your area.
- Look after Pays eg: Kronos
- Team supervision
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent PC skills, report preparation and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's
- Time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- A current Australian Driver's license is essential
