About the Role

ServiceStream’s Corporate division are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team, in Melbourne. This new fixed term (between 18 -24 months) role will be leading a dedicated Cyber Security Improvement Program and will support a range of projects & activities -working in collaboration with internal and external Technology/Security SMEs.

The program was established in order to enhance Service Stream’s cybersecurity controls and improve the company’s security posture.

In practical terms this role will be defining and documenting scope, deliverables, resource & budget requirements for the Security Improvement Program initiatives and will set-up the effective governance model for this program.

The Program Manager will lead the implementation of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27001Standard, including obtaining a formal certification against ISO/IEC 27001.This is one of the Cyber Security

Improvement Program’s projects which will also be supported by external Consultants and internal Security SMEs.

This role will require good understanding of the ISMS and ISO27001 security controls.

Nature of position: 24 month, Fix Term - Full Time

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Reporting Line: Head of Risk, EA & Risk

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with other members of the Technology Group (GBIS) plan and execute delivery of projects & activities forming part of the newly established Cyber Security Improvement Program.
- Program-manage security remediation efforts involving internal SMEs as well as outside vendors and provide an effective escalation point for any significant blockers impacting the Program’s performance.
- Execute corrective actions to remove any significant constraints impacting the Program and its deliverables.
- Conduct quality reviews on all deliverables in collaboration with dedicated Technology Group SMEs.
- Provide effective monitoring of all Program’s projects and activities and report the Program’s performance to the internal Senior Management/Governance Group

About You
- Excellent Program/Project Management skills, knowledge and experience -specifically involving the use of ISMS (Information Security Management System) and the ISO27001 standard and ISO27002 security controls. Relevant Program Management (and Security related) certifications highly desirable.
- Demonstrated -a minimum of 5years - “hands on” experience as the Program Manager.
- Experience in assessing security related capabilities & gaps.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and conflict resolution skills and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A tertiary degree in Business, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or similar disciplines essential. Formal Program Management training strongly preferred
