**About the Role**

The Scheduling Coordinator is a brand new role, working in conjunction with our Estimating and Construction Teams, as well as our valued Suppliers and Contractors. This role is based at our Head office in Springwood.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with high-level administrative and communication skills. We're looking for an effective negotiator and problem-solver with strengths in planning and time management.

The Scheduling Coordinator will:

- Liaise with Construction Supervisors, Estimators, Suppliers and Contractors to ensure deliveries align with build schedules.
- Book in delivery times for materials and/or services with Supply Partners
- Help decrease build times by ensuring the right jobs are prioritised
- Support the Operations & Construction teams to prioritise and allocate jobs
- Plan, schedule, dispatch and finalise works
- Identify and where applicable, provide solutions to issues, customer impacts and escalates accordingly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership team and Delivery/Construction Supervisors ensuring expectations are met
