**We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative at Velspices**

Velspices is a leading Indian and Sri Lankan grocery retailer based in Melbourne, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team.

**Job Type**:

- Casual / Part-Time
- Minimum **6 days a week** (flexibility to choose which 6)
- Starting with **4 hours per day**, with the opportunity for more hours based on performance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer phone calls and resolve enquiries or escalate to the relevant team
- Manage incoming chats via **WhatsApp**:

- Track and manage customer service tasks on **Trello**:

- Handle order queries and product updates via **Shopify**:

- Provide assistance with **data entry** and admin tasks as required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident phone manner and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Familiarity with **Excel** or **Google Sheets**:

- Experience with **Shopify**, **Outlook**, or **Trello**:

- Previous customer service or retail experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
