We are looking for a self motivated Customer Service Administrator to work inside our friendly and supportive customer service team.

About the role

As a Customer Service Administrator at Flooring Xtra, you'll be right at the heart of our day to day operations. We are opening this role for full time.

What you will get up to on a daily basis:

  • Working closely with our Clients & Stores
  • Communicating with Members / Suppliers and Clients & Ongoing communication utilising online portals, internal programs, telephone, and email to maintain strict KPI compliance
  • Liaison and working with team members
  • Building and maintaining strong relations with Store Network to drive high standards of customer excellence
  • Basic data entry

  3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. A love of being in a team, and strong attention to detail

We'd love to see people with previous flooring or building industry experience, but it's not a deal breaker. And we're sorry but you do need the permanent right to work in Australia.
