**The Role**

We’re seeking a **Handy Person**to deliver a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and general building services across client sites. From plumbing and painting to carpentry, tiling, and general upkeep, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and preventative servicing across client sites
- Provide support in plumbing, painting, tiling, carpentry, and other building services
- Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, OHS, and environmental policies
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service

**Your Education, Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a building/facilities management or handyman role
- General trade skills across multiple disciplines (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, etc.)
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
