**The Role**

This role of **Handyperson **is based in **Newcastle, NSW**

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen.**
- Run the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site
- Provide targeted site technical support
- Complete daily inspections and performance reporting of all scheduled works
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to achieve effective work programming to meet Maintenance Plan Objectives Repair Doors, Walls, Decks, Trims, Frames, Tiling, Painting etc.

**Skills & Experience**
- Maintenance Experience
- White Card Driving Licence
