At Teman, we exist to enable belonging and friendship in later life. First and foremost, we're here to help, listen and encourage residents to live a good, solid life with people around them who make them happy. We build communities and teams that bring a sense of belonging and friendship to every resident, their family and visitors. This means we puts people first, we collaborate with all residents and support ideas that are good and fair for everyone.

- Keep the village workshop space tidy and up to date with WHS guidelines
- Ensure all major works have been approved by Village Manager before commencement
- Participate in the annual village safety inspection and the annual village villa inspections
- Providing advice to the Village Manager on replacement plants. Replacement plants must be species which comply with the villages overall strategy to provide water tolerant, low maintenance and aesthetic looking outcomes
- Assist in the security of the grounds when on duty
