About the Role

As an Implementations Specialist and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be a go-to expert for two of our flagship Real Estate software products - RealHub and CampaignTrack. Maintaining pre and post-sale relationships, you will provide in-person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers to ensure the products are well integrated, and help to ensure that product roadmap features are aligned to customer needs and desires.

Typical Day

In a typical day you can expect to:

- Provide product demos and training to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client’s businesses.

- Manage relationships at every stage from planning, design and delivery through to ongoing projects such as rebrands.

- Onboard new branches within our client businesses and ensure smooth integrations.

- Conduct webinars, plan and deliver roll-outs of product updates to explain new features.

- Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems.

- Assist with retention of valuable customers at the renewal stage, and collaborate with the Solutions Leaders and wider sales teams to service customers at scale.

- Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.

- Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements - ensuring that product features are aligned with customer needs.

Our Ideal Person

ESSENTIALS:

- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.

- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

- Proven ability to embed products and services at customer level

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awareness

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to provide solutions that are aligned with the clients' needs

- Tech-savvy with accurate administrative skills

NICE TO HAVES:

- Real Estate, tech or Saas industry experience.
