**The Role**
As our business continues to expand, we’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support operations, HR, and coordination activities. This full-time role is central to keeping our organisation running efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate recruitment activities: advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage onboarding for interns and employees: induction invites, site tours, compliance paperwork, and follow-ups.
- Organise monthly management meetings: slide formatting, distribution, catering, and posting presentations.
- Maintain HR systems (Humanity, VisitUs, Yodeck): leave management, employee set-ups/removals, and periodic reviews.
- Arrange company events and visits: team lunches, birthdays, Christmas party, and customer tours.
- Provide administrative support: credit card statements, travel bookings, contractor coordination, and purchasing.
- Support the QA department with training schedules, audit prep, and documentation.
- Manage internal communications: Teams announcements, digital displays, and guest signage.
- Assist with general site organisation: displays, shelving, signage, and office 5S checks.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Proactive and self-monitoring — takes initiative without constant oversight.
- Strong organisational, time management, and task prioritisation skills — remains calm and focused when handling numerous tasks.
- Supportive and welcoming — warm demeanour, fosters positive relationships, and helps colleagues succeed.
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft 365 and general IT knowledge — confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and willing to learn new tools.
- Highly precise, thorough, and accurate — pays close attention to detail and delivers high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and holds a valid driver’s licence.
- Comfortable interacting at all levels — works effectively with operators, managers, and decision makers.
- Humble and professional — maintains integrity, shows respect to everyone, and remains open to learning.
**Requirements**:
- Full working rights in Australia (no current students).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable punctuality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and integrity with confidential information.
