**The Position**
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an NDIS Support Officer to join our team starting immediately. Based at our fantastic office in the brand-new Morris Moor complex, this opportunity forms an important part of our head office team.
Reporting into the NDIS Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Completion of NDIS consults and risk assessments
- Direct customer interaction by managing the intake process for our NDIS clients to ascertain how Empower Healthcare can assist with their NDIS packages.
- Setting up, maintaining and renewing service agreements
- Maintaining accurate and up to date client records
- Develop effective working relationships with clients, therapists and our scheduling team
- Preparing weekly reports
- Data entry and general office duties
**Do you have what it takes?**
We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. As an NDIS Support Officer at Empower, you must have:
- Relevant experience in an administration/customer service role
- Experience in NDIS and the disability/community sector.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and groups to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and autonomously
- Experience in allied health will be highly regarded
