**The Role**:
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing advanced level, efficient and highly confidential administrative support.

Duties include and not limited to:

- Preparing Board Reports and collating documentation
- Managing travel and expense requirements
- Screening phone calls, greet and direct visitors
- Assisting with the coordination of contracts, confidentiality agreements, preparation and editing of presentations
- Providing Executive Support to the Executive Team and the General Council
- Assisting with management, coordination and preparation of internal and external conferences / functions as required by the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
- Liaising with the Procurement Manager on any required building maintenance and/or staff amenities
- Ensuring interview packs are maintained to assist with the interview process
- Assisting in maintaining the integrity of Group CRM database
- Maintaining all filing systems for the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
- Assisting with the coordination of weekly progress meetings
- General administrative duties

**The Person**:

- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- "Can do" attitude and bright, bubbly personality
- Great communication skills

You demonstrate integrity, sensitivity, discernment and are enthusiastic at the opportunity to learn and develop in the role.
