**The Schedule**:
This position requires flexibility, including weekend work, in accordance with business demands. This is a hands on Position and will require you to be working with the team 80-90% of the time.

**About the Role**:

- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service during peak and off-peak hours
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards, are strictly adhered to according to local authorities and the Total Fusion standards
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Monitor sales and financial performance, adjusting operations as necessary to meet budget goals and maximize profitability.
- Help management develop and manage café budgets, controlling costs related to labour, food, and supplies.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the café team (baristas, kitchen staff, servers, etc.), ensuring all staff perform at their highest level.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to uphold and elevate the café’s standards
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels through effective scheduling while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Manage staff calling sick and ensure staffing levels are adequate at all times.
- Resolve conflicts, address employee concerns, and create a harmonious, productive atmosphere.
- Support new recruits through on-the-job training
- Lead by example at all times
