• Experience in a Similar Role: Proven leadership experience in a similar setting, managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Skilled in leading by example, training others, and maintaining open communication.
• Focus on Quality: Dedicated to preparing and presenting high-quality food, snacks, and beverages.
• Creative and Fun: Enjoys having a laugh and bringing creativity to the workplace.

• Operational Knowledge: Sound knowledge of rostering, scheduling, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
• Food Safety: Sound understanding of food safety principles.
• Specialty Coffee and Food Passion: A passion for specialty coffee and food.
• POS Systems: Proficient in applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
