You will be able to maximise and identify opportunities to enhance relationships, deliver outstanding events suitable for the residents, have a talent for sterling customer service but most importantly of all have a genuine love for great food and wine This is a hands-on leadership role, with the support of an established team. You will be expected to coach your team to successfully uphold the desired service and quality standards each and every day.
