**The Role**
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is seeking an engaging and efficient EL 1 Secretariat and Coordination Manager who will:

- Coordinate and support activities for high level ERP committees, including preparation of agendas/committee papers and Minutes taking.
- Schedule meetings and liaise with stakeholders and committee members.
- Preparation of correspondence, reports and briefings.
- Provide timely advice and prepare correspondence, reports and briefing materials.
- Manage activities and processes to ensure that work is performed in compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.

**About our Team**
ERP is a large, multi-year, complex ICT program focused on standardising and integrating Defence’s finance, asset management, logistics, estate and human resource processes and systems to drive workforce efficiency and decision making superiority. To enable this transformation, ERP will transition all applicable areas of the Department to a singular integrated SAP system.

ERP is working across Defence to deliver ICT capability, as part of a multidisciplinary team (which includes APS, ADF and full range of industry partners). Ultimately this is a high profile position with the Senior Leadership, with the ERP playing a key role in helping deliver the Defence Transformation Strategy.
- Extensive Secretariat experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to vary the style used to match the intended audience.
- Attention to detail, ensuring consistent language and messaging across all correspondence that accurately reflects ERP.
- Operate in a sensitive environment, delivering quality services often with competing priorities, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience in building and sustain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
