Ecommerce Coordinator

**The Role**
As the eCommerce Coordinator of Elite Supps, you’ll be the internal point of contact for our entire online product catalogue and inventory. You’ll own our e-commerce listings and work closely with the marketing team to build and publish inspiring product pages that convert. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our warehouse team to monitor and manage stock levels and ensure all online listings reflect this.

Through working with our extensive inventory, you’ll learn about various products and product categories to become an expert on our products and act as one of our points of contact for product information.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for creating and managing product listings on Shopify. Including the creation of product descriptions and accompanying copy including product FAQ’s.Monitor stock levels to ensure our catalogue is accurate and reflects internal inventory management platforms.Proactively monitor and compare our catalogue against brand guidelines and competitors to ensure pricing is competitive and in-line with the industry.Update and manage product listings across other sales channels including B2B and Retail POS systems.Liaise with external stakeholders and brand partners on listings and production details.Work with management, marketing and operations teams during campaigns, sales and promotions to ensure listings and inventory are aligned.
- Working with our marketing and digital team to help manage broader Shopify and e-commerce processes, apps and data.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience and knowledge in the health and sports supplement space would be highly advantageous.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Shopify and alternate e-commerce platforms.
- You’re highly attentive to detail.
- You have strong copywriting skills.
