**About the Company**

**About the Role**

Based in the ACT office, this role reports to the Team Leader | Streamline (located in NSW). You will administer NSW repair jobs from the authorisation phase through to handover/customer sign off, ensure that all procedures are adhered to and that insurer policies are abided by. You will also coordinate with all relevant parties on repair jobs.

**Key Activities (include but not limited to)**:

- Coordinate repair jobs, schedule contractors, job file administration and ensure repairs are completed per Australian standards/codes
- Job budget management and variation review
- Action correspondence in relation to the jobs you are managing in a timely manner
- Communicate with relevant parties regarding the repair process

**Skills and Capabilities**:

- General understanding of insurance, the property claims process or construction concepts (highly desirable)
- Experience managing claims and/or projects
- Customer service experience and stakeholder management

As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required.
