Your role

You'll be a part of our Talent Acquisition team based in Sydney. Your role will be focussed on supporting the Experienced Hires Team and playing a key role in the recruitment lifecycle at Allens

As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will:
- Manage end to end recruitment for selected practice groups-
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders- Contribute to strategic resourcing projects, including unique attraction campaigns- Manage job adverts and posting to relevant sites, such as Allens Careers, LinkedIn, and SEEK- Complete phone screens and reference checks- Build market maps for proactive recruitmentThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About you

You will have:
- Experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment team, either in-house or with a recruitment agency- An understanding of end to end recruitment and recruitment processes- Direct sourcing abilities using social media, talent pooling and online tools- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment- Strong communication and influencing skills- Administrative recruitment experience- A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others

We use Workday Experience with the system is not essential, but would be an added bonus.
