**Join Our Team - Talent Acquisition Executive**

Are you passionate about people, storytelling, and finding the right fit? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive, to join us on an 8-month parental leave contract, to drive end-to-end recruitment and help shape our employer brand.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment - from workforce planning and job advertising through to selection and onboarding.
- Crafting compelling, inclusive job ads and sourcing strategies to attract great talent.
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines using traditional, digital, and creative methods.
- Enhancing our employer brand by managing job board and social media presence, developing recruitment collateral, and promoting employee referrals.
- Delivering a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with our People & Culture team and hiring managers.
- Championing the ATS and recruitment module in our new HRIS - ensuring data accuracy, manager training, and ongoing optimisation.
- Producing recruitment insights and reports to inform smarter hiring decisions.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.
- Strong relationship management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers at all levels.
- Creativity and passion for employer branding, social media, and digital engagement.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS, with an interest in continuous improvement and change management.
