**Responsibilities include**:Taking full ownership for identifying HSE issues, resolving problems and implementing and closing out actions at the site.
Conduct risk assessments, HSE audits and inspections.
Maintaining records of all HSE requirements at the work place, in accordance with legislative and company requirements.
Conduct return to work coordinator activities
Coordinate and conduct investigations to find root causes and identify mitigation strategies to prevent re-occurrence,
Ensuring employees are provided with necessary safety training,
Assisting with inductions and/or plant & vehicle inspections
- **The following qualifications and experience will be highly desired**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a safety related role with some exposure to training.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the transport, logistics or other relevant

heavy industry.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, and standards and experience in their
- Heavy Rigid Licence
- High Risk Work Licence (LF)
- Qualifications in Workplace Training & Assessment
