Job Title

A highly skilled Safety and Compliance Specialist is required to support the safety, compliance, and operational performance of our aviation systems.

  • Plan, lead, conduct and report on internal and external audits.
  • Support external audits (ISO 9001, AS9110, ISO 45001) and maintain accreditation readiness.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents, hazards and near misses.
  • Assess compliance across regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with teams to progress actions from Safety, Risk, and Management Reviews.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a safety-first culture.
  • Maintain robust and accurate quality and safety records.
About You
  • You must have Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Strong hands-on auditing and quality assurance experience.
  • Deep understanding of safety and compliance frameworks.
  • Confidence communicating at all levels with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
