Our client is an essential service organisation, seeking for a 365 specialist to join the team. Collaborate closely with the project teams to embed agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement practices. Work alongside stakeholders and suppliers to de-risk the current Office 365 tenancy, plan seamless transitions, and implement necessary configuration changes to meet our clients requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with transition team, service provider, and suppliers to mitigate risks in Office 365 tenancy.
- Contribute to impact analysis workshops for upcoming O365 configuration changes.
- Review and adjust O365 configurations based on requirements.
- Manage and administer current O365 tenancy until transition to new provider.
- Participate in transitioning Office 365 management to new service provider.
- Assess and modify Intune implementation, including Intune copilot.
- Identify and document risks associated with O365 tenancy, with mitigation plans.

**Capabilities**:

- Extensive experience in Office 365 tenancy management.
- Solid understanding of Office 365 E3 and E5 capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell for Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Intune, DLP, and Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Expertise in assessing change impacts and transformation processes.
