**About the role**:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring strong organisation skills and attention to detail. The primary responsibility of our Dynamics 365 Technical Consultants includes:

- Designing solutions to real-world business problems using Dynamics 365
- Customizing Dynamics 365 to meet our clients’ requirements
- Developing both Model-driven and Canvas Apps
- Developing custom plugins, workflow assemblies and API’s
- Building automations using Power Automate
- Meeting clients technical and functional needs
- Staying abreast of developments and new features in Power Platform

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Substantial experience in one or more of the Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service)
- Programming skills (eg: HTML, CSS, Jquery, C#.Net, TypeScript, React, etc)
- Experience with the Dynamics 365 SDK
- Experience with developing on Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with API’s and database
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in technical analysis and design
- Developing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent solutions
- Proficiency with the Power Platform modules
- o Power BI
- o Power Apps - Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Portals
- o Power Automate
- o Power Virtual Agents
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite of products
- Azure DevOps
