Our distinctive Field Sales Team are eager to drive in store excellence and take our retail partnerships to the next level. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and people passionate individual to lead our VIC Field Sales Team.

**About the Role**:
This isn’t just your average state sales manager position. This role will be responsible for driving the Field Sales Team for VIC through being an engaging leader, someone who loves a challenge, passionately drives best practice business planning and field sales initiatives, drives strong sales targets and likes to build a high performance culture through coaching and developing a team.

We are looking for prior multi-site retail experience, demonstrated experience leading & developing a sales team, ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, have a proactive nature underpinned by a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach and enjoys building strong relationships with their teams and with their customers in field. Experience working within the Retail industry is a bonus but not a must.

Please note, once placed this role will be titled State Field Manager - VIC in order to align with Miele's internal organisational structure.
