We have a tremendous opportunity for a talented Spare Parts Interpreter to join 600 Machine Tools, based at our Seven Hills office. We are a leading supplier of CNC Machines, Lathes, Mills and associated equipment supplying state of the art machinery into the manufacturing industry.
This position involves a great deal of telephone customer contact, assessing and identifying customer’s needs whilst providing critical product and customer support. The position is a “hands on role” which has a high degree of customer and supplier contact. You have strong communication skills, are technically savvy and have high levels of attention to detail.
The Position:

- To provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Liaise with our customers in order to identify spare parts requirements
- Prepare quotations together with processing sales orders and payments
- Deal with international and local suppliers as required
- Maintain and manage our stock inventory levels
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, including packing, picking, receiving and despatching
- Coordinate courier deliveries

To be considered for the position, you will require:

- Previous experience working as a Spare Parts Interpreter
- A passion for customer service
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to become knowledgeable with our product range
- A flexible approach in dealing with challenging situations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work autonomously
- A forklift licence

A remuneration package commensurate with your experience will be offered.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seven Hills, NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
