Allied Technical Services provides repairs, maintenance and installation of gym equipment and similar items. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised service coordinator to join our small admin team, located in Seven Hills on a full time basis.

Applicants must be Australian citizens only.

A minimum of 2+ years experience in scheduling or coordination roles is required

In this role your main responsibilities would be:

  • To schedule the day to day jobs of our technicians in the most efficient way
  • To take email and phone enquiries and to handle these in a timely manner
  • Receive spare parts deliveries, reconcile with our stock count and prepare for technicians to collect once jobs are booked
  • Work with our admin team to ensure the highest possible level of customer service

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • High level of time management skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confidence and experience in learning new computer systems as well as Outlook, Word, Excel and other CRM systems
  • The ability to think quickly and make informed decisions when required
  • Problem solving skills
