**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic member who is keen on working with vehicles and customers, sound mechanical knowledge and hungry to make sales. Para Hills West location.

**Duties include**:

- Managing customer phone enquiries.
- Serving customers in store.
- Processing sales orders.
- handling returns.
- Advertising parts.

**Basic computer skills - desirable.**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in auto parts interpretation or a similar role is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and components.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- **Customer Service**: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using inventory management systems and other relevant software.

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per week
