Our highly successful **Keystar team located at Morayfield** has an opportunity for a superstar **Service Advisor** who is passionate about vehicles and providing exceptional customer service through understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference, to join the team

**The opportunity**:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:

- Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
- Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
- Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Automotive knowledge, Aftersales and a passion for cars.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
