Debt Recovery Assistant

**The Firm**
No experience required. Training is provided.
You'll manage ledgers, invoices and files of car rental companies to ensure that any outstanding debt is collected and correctly reconciled. You would need to be a motivated team player with exceptional customer service skills and a thorough understanding of collections processes.

**What’s the role?**
- You do not need any experience. Training is provided
- Manage ledgers of customer accounts to ensure that any outstanding debt is collected and correctly reconciled
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and ensure correct invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer service with strong negotiation skills for payment arrangement
- Minimise bad debt for the business
**Who are you?**
- Previous experience in customer service, with an understanding of collections processes
- Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
- Will meet deadlines and contribute to company accounting initiatives
- Comfortable liaising with a diverse range of business partners across all News divisions
- Have an eye for identifying process improvement initiatives
