A respected boutique law firm in Burwood, located in inner West Sydney, is seeking a professional Debt Recovery/Civil Litigation Solicitor/Paralegal to join its busy practice.

The firm boasts a close-knit, collegiate environment and is conveniently situated right next to the Burwood Court House.

  • About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Civil Litigation team. In this role, you will handle cases independently, from initiating court proceedings to managing small claims and general division matters as needed. Our firm is known for delivering high-quality work within a dynamic team culture, and we advise clients on a variety of civil matters, primarily focusing on debt recovery.

This position is ideal for someone who can work autonomously and deliver results. Our firm consistently achieves outstanding outcomes for clients and is recognised for its innovative and commercial approach.

  • Skills and Experience**

Candidates Who Meet The Following Criteria May Be Considered

  • Background in Civil Litigation and Debt Recovery Matters (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in a Law Firm is preferred with at least 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year for a solicitor and $65,000 to $85,000 for a paralegal
