**Role Description**:
Due to the continued growth of our Group Training Organisation (GTO) business, we are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to support our amazing GTO team in SA.

Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) is one of Australia's leading employers of apprentices and trainees across a wide range of industries. We have made it our mission to help apprentices and trainees find the job they will love, and to help businesses find talent best suited for their company's needs. Over the years, we have helped guide thousands of Australians to kick-start their careers with an apprenticeship or traineeship.

We are seeking individuals that have previous customer service and/or sales experience, are dependable, reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

The REQUIREMENTS of the role will include:

- Writing and posting of advertisements for job vacancies
- Ensuring all information received is entered into our internal database - Ready recruit
- Attending employment expos

About You:

- Must be customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- An genuine interest in recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company processes and procedures
- Have excellent time management skills, can work under pressure, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Shows initiative and has the maturity and ability to work autonomously when required
- Have a professional attitude
