**About the role**

Located in our Woolloongabba office, we have an immediate need for a Recruitment Resourcer to work along side our Account Managers and Operations team, which provides workforce solutions to the Community Care sector.

Whether you are a seasoned resourcer looking to change roles, or starting out and looking for your first position role in recruitment, this is the job for you

**Responsibilities include**:

- Recruitment of Disability (NDIS), Out of home care (Youth) and Home Care (Aged) workers.
- Coordinating background and reference checks
- Collecting and Processing onboarding paperwork and evidence documents
- Coordinating inductions and training for new workforce
- Working closely with Account Managers and Operations teams to fill staffing gaps

**About You**:

- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate PC literacy - MS Office
- Able to work to targets

This is a hands-on role with plenty of support, you will ensure a high standard of customer service in all aspects of your role, internally and externally and you will be well rewarded for your input with a competitive remuneration.
