Delivery Coordinator

Great Southern Bank is about to embark on an exciting Data Transformation Program where you'll have the unique opportunity to build brand new cloud infrastructure. You'll work with a talented team who drive a supportive and outcome-focused culture in order to achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the build and maintenance of our JIRA and Confluence environment to manage service delivery and knowledge management.
- Working closely with the Senior Manager, Engagement & Delivery and the Data Platform Delivery Manager, you will help manage delivery of data products and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring the effective collaboration of multiple teams into one view, defining operating rhythms and measuring team performance as Scrum Master.
- Develop the sprint plans and be a focal point for tracking and communicating the progress of deliverables so there is visibility and transparency to Enterprise Data leaders and stakeholders.
- Track delivery to schedule and milestones, driving a greater certainty and predictability in meeting agreed timelines and escalating where appropriate.
- Support the broader Enterprise Data Leadership Team in resource and capacity planning and maintaining the Enterprise Data Delivery Roadmap.
- Establish and facilitate meeting cadences to support delivery processes, including resource and sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.
- Rollout JIRA dashboards for visual reporting both internally and externally.
- Establish Confluence as our central knowledge management and data briefing system. This includes defining and governing documentation standards, building and maintaining templates, develop user guides and training materials.
- Document operational processes and support the development of “playbooks” that help partners and stakeholders understand our service catalogue and typical delivery processes.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experienced delivery coordinator in supporting agile processes across small to medium sized delivery teams and functions.
- Understanding of Agile project management methodologies is required.
- Excellent working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative and professional support, including develop training materials and user guides.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines independently.
- Previous experience or knowledge of financial monitoring/reporting would be an advantage.
