Our client, a large Queensland Government Department, is seeking to engage an experienced **Program Coordinator** to join their Service Delivery Transformation (SDT) Program. The Department are delivering 3 Projects - Compliance in the Field (CitF), Statewide Investigations Solution (SWIS), and Electrical Safety Office Licencing (ESOL) under the SDT Program to implement people, process and technology solutions for their WHS Compliance and Field Services and Electrical Safety Office directorates. The program has engaged an external vendor to provide implementation and support services. The program is using an Agile methodology for implementation and is now in the Deliver phase.

The Program Coordinator will support the Senior Program Manager and the leadership team to deliver the program's product development through an Agile Way of Working with their partner Procensol.

This is an initial 15-month contract with a potential 6-month extension, based in Brisbane's CBD. Please note you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to be considered for this position.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supports the Senior ICT Program Manager in the administration of the program (e.g. scheduling program meeting and activities, monthly reporting, development of Briefing Notes)
- Supports the Program Board, two Project Boards and the Business Engagement Forum in meeting agendas and minutes
- Facilitates program onboarding and induction and exit procedures
- Facilitates program document management and use of SharePoint and adherence to standards

**Evaluation criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to support a senior leader achieve results in a dynamic, high profile work environment characterised by inflexible and difficult to achieve deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in board secretariat duties to support multiple boards and forums
- Demonstrated experience in program level coordinating activities to support the achievement of deliverables, on and off boarding of staff, record keeping and partner/supplier coordination
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating communication and discussion between executives, senior stakeholders, and in representing the program at the highest levels
- Demonstrated collaboration and influence skills in nurturing, building and sustaining internal and external relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients.

**Mandatory** requirements**:

- 5+ years' experience as a Program or Project Coordinator in a complex ICT solution environment
- Expertise in MS suite and SharePoint
- Desirable:_
- Experience in Agile Ways of working and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
