**About the Role**

**Salary: $125k - $140k p.a + Super**

**_ In this role you will..._**
- Lead the development and execution of data governance strategies, policies, and practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure compliance with information management frameworks.
- Manage data privacy, classification, and records management frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act).
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and guide data breach response strategies.
- Deliver staff training on data management, classification, and protection policies.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in information/data management, records management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide information and data governance programs.
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, WA Information Classification Policy).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing disaster recovery and data breach incident response plans.
