**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Workforce Planning Administrator to join our team.

This role will work for The Our Patch Group, who manages two organisations, School Plus located in QLD and Our Patch located in Victoria. This role will work with School Plus 2 days per week and with Our Patch 3 days per week. The role will be based in School Plus's beautiful new offices located in Eight Mile Plains with plenty of cafes around and free onsite parking. Plus, the optional work from home day each week.

**The Workforce Planning Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Administering rosters, ensuring compliance to qualification and ratio requirements
- Engaging employees and agencies to fill shifts across a variety of services in QLD and VIC
- Reconciling agency timesheets and invoices
- Screening, interviewing and reference checking prospective employees

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Minimum of 1 years of administration experience
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain
- A current criminal history check
- Experience in the education or the childcare sector is highly desirable
- Experience in scheduling, rostering, recruitment and administration desirable
- Prior experience with QikKids and XAP software desirable
- Qualifications in Human Resources is desirable
- Prior knowledge of regional towns across Victoria desirable
