**Opportunity**

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a **People & Culture Coordinator**to join our team. Based in Norwest Business Park (Bella Vista), this role is a key member of the People & Culture Team, providing HR and recruitment administrative support, maintaining HR systems and delivering first level HR support and advice to our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage HR administrative processes for new starters, leavers, probations, and other key HR functions.
- Administer learning and development programs in collaboration with the People & Culture Team.
- Prepare employee correspondence and documentation as required.
- Maintain HR system data, including new hires, contract changes, salary updates, and terminations.
- Generate weekly and monthly HR reports to track key HR metrics.
- Support the People & Culture Team with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

**We Are Looking For Someone Who Has**:

- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Business, HR or a related discipline.
- Administrative experience with excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within an HR environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in an HR environment is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks.
