- Permanent Part-time - Mon to Fri (37.5hrs per week)
- Pay rate - $34.77 per hour + superannuation

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect housekeeping reports, this role will be responsible for:

- Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the Home and requirements of the role.
- Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the Home and address any issues promptly.

To be successful in this role you’ll need
- Tertiary qualifications (TAFE/Diploma) in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles, preferably in an aged care setting.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices in aged care.
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
