- Own the day-to-day operational planning, support, documentation, coordination and system administration

**About the opportunity**
The Administration Coordinator reports to the Interior Design Manager and is part of the MOJO NSW ACT Display home. In this highly rewarding role your focus will be to provide a broad range of administrative support relating to display home projects and design priorities.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and entering display home finishes schedules in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Mojo Design Team, Construction Team, Estimating and other company departments.
- Keeping schedules continually updated in BusinessCraft, Laserfiche, Clipsal & Adobe Photoshop (training will be provided)
- Preparing electrical plans for new and refurbished displays
- Working with the Interior Design Manager to coordinate all Mojo Homes display home refurbishments
- Coordinate display home closures including hire furniture collections
- Proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and ordering samples (tiles, handles, wallpaper, paint etc)
- Preparing display homes finishes boards and selections for presentation
- Corresponding with Landscape Architect
- Providing administrative support to the Mojo team to ensure display home goals are achieved
- Site visits required with Design Team when necessary
**About you**
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Mojo Homes and the NEX Building Group along with:
- Demonstrating strong planning and organising skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Some exposure or interest in interior design, project planning and coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- The ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross functional departments
- Experience working with Microsoft Office is essential.
