Catholic Healthcare's newest home MacKillop House Norwest has an opportunity for an ACFI Co-ordinator to join our team to provide exceptional care and optimize and ensure every resident receives the appropriate amount of funding based on assessed care needs..
- Experience as an ACFI Coordinator or in a comparable role - essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument and the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation
- Demonstrated experience working in an aged care environment as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (preferred)
- Thorough clinical reasoning, analytical, assessment and care planning skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experience using electronic clinical care systems e.g. eCase desirable
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong initiative and be a self-starter
- Ability to provide evidence of Immunisation for COVID-19 - essential
